REVENUE STREAMS Sponsorship (advertising) Our primary income source is advertising. Generally campaigns are run of station, 30 second spots, produced by 4PeopleMedia and scheduled across any number of the 132 stations we represent. We have developed an online system to make this process as easy as possible. Our clients are as diverse as the stations we work with. Event sponsorship Many of the stations we represent run outdoor broadcast events and we have been able to attach sponsorship revenue to this activity for a number of stations. We also raise funds for annual awards ceremonies both within the community radio sector and in other media. Production 4PeopleMedia have an in-house audio studio that is regularly used for production work outside of making sponsorship announcements. Our production studio is kept busy doing voiceover recordings for other companies, audio books, e-learning audio, on-hold messages and running training in podcasting. Podcasting With interest in podcasting increasing, we see this as a potential growth area for the business and have taken initial steps toward making this happen. FLEXIBILITY 4PeopleMedia have developed a custom made, secure online database system; meaning that the company can now run from any location. This online system has significantly reduced our administrative time and simplified record keeping. We have maintained an office primarily for production purposes, but are aware that there are a number of means around requiring this space.
